1) YOUR PERSONAL DATA
POPLIST's main goal in collecting personal data is to be able to offer to its subscribers a personalized access to its network of partners' websites.
It will also enable you to receive, free of charge, your newsletter(s) that POPLIST sends out from advertising announcements. AXIOME uses your data for three main purposes : personalize the advertising content that you receive, respond to your questions concerning certain products or services, and finally inform you about specially reserved promotional offers (reductions, promotions, restricted offers) or inform you about new products, but only if you have specifically accepted. Through our service, you may well receive propositions from other companies or organizations (such as political parties but only if you chose 'Politics' as one of your interests when you set up your profile), or to be informed about our offers by e-mail. If you do not wish to receive this advertising material, do not accept when you set up your profile, or click on the connection to our deregistration link that you will find at the bottom of all the messages that we send you, or send an e-mail with subject : « deregistration » to the following address : pop@poplist.fr.

2) USING THE POPLIST SYSTEM
You agree to receive 1 or 2 messages per week, offers of sale from Axiome or from their commercial partners.

3) CONTENT, PRODUCTION AND SENDING OF MAIL
PoPList is not responsible for the content of newsletters, e-Mails or newsrooms, held or exchanged in the PoPList system, and is not necessarily in agreement with these contents. You accept that the points of view and opinions expressed in certain content submitted to the PoPList system do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of PoPList, of its management or of its personnel. You agree, irrevocably, that PoPList is neutral in any possible claim by a third party concerning either content submitted by you, or your use of the PoPList system.

As electronic mail sent to a mailing service is considered as belonging legally in the realm of private correspondence, AXIOME is not entitled to verify the contents. In any event, AXIOME possesses no technical means of checking the contents, compatible with the nature of the service. Therefore, the customer, owner of the account in the PopList system and of the mailing list, has the sole responsibility for the content of mail sent in his name, and has no recourse against AXIOME concerning the said contents.

In the situation where AXIOME receives a complaint, a claim or a simple notification, of whatever nature, concerning certain of the customer's activities, whatever they may be, and in particular in the case of spamming, or where the customer removes all identifying elements from his mailings, AXIOME reserves the right to suspend immediately the service.

4) AVAILABILITY
While PoPList aims at all times to provide a continuously available service, you accept that the services provided cannot be available or accessible at all times, even at the moment of registering or deregistering. A continuous and error-free running of the PoPList system is not realistic. PoPList reserves the right to change, temporarily or permanently, the look of the site, or to suspend completely the PoPList system. PoPList provides no guarantee, either implicit or explicit, concerning connection to the PoPList system.

5) CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription to all of PopList's services by sending an e-mail, with "Deregistration" as the subject, to the address pop[@]poplist.fr.

In addition, by clicking on the appropriate link in all messages sent by our service, you can cancel any or all of AXIOME's services.

6) GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of the current contract are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. In case of disagreement in the execution or the interpretation of the current terms, formal jurisdiction is with the Tribunal de Commerce de Nanterre, notwithstanding several defendants or introduction of third parties (impleader) even for emergency proceedings or protective proceedings in summary jurisdiction and procedure or by petition

Your personal data are held by AXIOME. You have the right of access, of modification, of rectification and of removal of personal data (article no. 34 of the law " Informatique et Libertés" ). To exercise this right, contact :
